ANTHONY NISTOR // RACE TRACKS

Race Tracks

A pair of race tracks on long blue mats, set with buildings, construction cones, arches, and parking spots for a school robot-racing competition.

// SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

How the Courses Are Laid Out

The competition uses two matching tracks so robots can race side by side. Each course sits on its own long mat. The obstacles are printed parts and cones, placed so a small robot has to steer, pass under arches, and finish in a parking spot.

  • Two Long Mats Each track is a separate blue mat. The pair can run next to each other for a head-to-head race.
  • Printed City Pieces Buildings, gates, fences, and white arches turn the mat into a street the robot has to thread.
  • Cones and Parking Orange construction cones mark the lane. Red frames and white platforms mark the gates and the parking spots.
